On July 31st we said goodbye to Michael Ashe, winner of the 2007 Best Actor Channy and star of Cautionary Tales of Swords. His characterization of "Trip Fisk" made him an instant star in the 101 community, and gave us all hope that someday, if we ever made it to old age, a bunch of punk-ass kids might come along and write scripts for us that involved cussing up a storm and having people love us for it.

For the September Screening, the Channel 101 Community was asked to make fake show promos, about 15 seconds long -- we got submissions from all over: Midwesterner Brennan Campbell of MINDCOP fame, Kelly Kubik of New York City, and even The Duncan Brothers. We've posted the new show promos at our nearly-defunct Channel 101 YouTube account.
