Rejectee Therapy for Maineland

  • Thanks for the feedback dood!
I think you're totally right about the pace, I was feeling it too--our original cut was about 8.5 minutes, and we had to edit out a lot of stuff including her whole "protagonist in a familiar stasis=death" intro. Breaking it up into two will help with the pace of some jokes as well. Great notes!

Hi Jack!! I wasn't at this panel but was able to see this show at last month's and just rewatched it now.

I like this show a lot. The characters are really strong and each funny in their own ways. The production is super polished and the editing is clean.

Ultimately I think this show would benefit from being slowed WAY down. We need to identify with that main character and see a little of her life on its own BEFORE getting tangled in this campaign. I think you have about 2 episodes worth of material in this which makes it hard to keep up as a viewer.

Also take a look at the story circle by Dan Harmon, I think it's on this site. May help with the overall structure!

This show/cast/crew is really strong so I hope to see it again or another show from y'all!!
